The MA Global Media Management Programme is pleased to invite you to a guest lecture by artist and filmmaker Chloe Abrahams. Using methods drawn from both documentary and fiction practices, Abrahams investigates the therapeutic potential of the confessional, culminating in visceral work spanning moving image, sound, writing and performance. Abrahams’ debut non-fiction film, The Taste of Mango, premiered at True/False 2023 where it was named the #1 film by Sight & Sound. The film went on to win the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the BFI London Film Festival, followed by the BIFA for Best Debut Director – Feature Documentary.
